Desvelos

Desvelos is a solo exhibition at Emerson Dorsch Gallery, that opened October 14th, 2023. With tondos, paintings and sculptures in wax and metal, I explored Latin American and Caribbean healing rituals. Cotton-like fibers from the ceiba tree’s seed pods and root system join with the wax to invoke my meditations on time, lineage, healing and alchemy.
